The Launching of Silicon Valley Sous Vide Blog!

This is the launching blog post for Silicon Valley Sous Vide, a blog dedicated to the Art and Presentation of Sous Vide!  Sous Vide is French for "Under Vacuum" and is an incredible cooking method used by many high end restaurants that is newly available to home chefs of which I am one!  I've started this blog to share my experience with all aspects of the art and presentation of Sous Vide!  I hope you enjoy it!
